Marketing Consultation
If you do not attract enough new patients, who can pay for
your services, you will fail.
As the practice owner, you wear two hats: doctor and
CEO. As the CEO, your first priority should NOT be reducing overhead,
managing your staff or collecting money. For you to succeed, your top
priority must be MARKETING.

Mystery Caller
Front Desk Evaluation
ExecTech will evaluate your receptionist's telephone skills. We call your
office pretending to be a new patient. We ask a list of easy and tough
questions, but will not set an appointment.
An ExecTech consultant will then call you with the results. You will learn
how your receptionist rates on 10 qualities. We will also give you
suggestions of how to improve your front desk's skills.
Of the 250+ Mystery Caller Front Desk calls we made last year, only 28% made
us want to set an appointment. The rest were either disinterested (40%) or
gave a bad impression (32%).

Practice
Analysis
All practice problems can be divided into twelve categories including
promotion, patient management, staff management, business management,
financial management and so on. Your practice is expanding, staying
flat or contracting because of these categories.
ExecTech has devised an analysis based on 60 questions you can use to
isolate your most important practice problems. Each of the twelve categories
is scored and rated as "expansion," "stagnation" or "contraction."
