You can hire an ExecTech consultant on a short-term basis to help you with any issue you face. Use a seasoned consultant to get ideas for your goals, your retirement plan, problems with Yelp, how to handle difficult patients or staff members and more.

Even though your consultant is not an attorney, he or she can give you recommendations with legal issues such as a lawsuit, practice buying or selling, employment law and more. We consult with and recommend attorneys, as needed.

You can use your consultant to conference with key staff members to discuss problems, conduct performance evaluations or sort out priorities.

During the calls or visits, you can also work out your strategy to increase your profit, solve major problems, create new systems, reorganize your plans or achieve a major objective.

You can also use an ExecTech consultant as a confidential sounding board to help you blow off steam and bounce around ideas.

1. One month of consulting, which includes three one-hour phone consultations, and unlimited email. Fee: $500
2. One full-day face-to-face visit to your office which can include a site inspection, staff interviews, staff training workshop and private meetings with the practice owner, spouse and/or partners. Includes three one-hour follow-up phone consultations and unlimited email for one month. Fee: $5,000 plus travel costs. ​
